If you kept up with all my blog posts beginning last weekend, I told you the potential of this Storm for Several Days. I want to say THANK YOU to all who Read them and asked questions about this storm in advance. It takes a science to nit-pick weather Models each day on Storms.
BUT, we are not done yet. Light Snow/ Flurries should continue to fly around along and East of the I-25 Corridor, north of Cheyenne through the Overnight; until 3-4AM. However, a few flurries could still linger by 6AM according to the newest Hi-Res Refresh Model (HRRR)
ADVISORY BOARD still shows a lot of Warnings in Effect. Winter Storm Warnings will Expire for Casper at Midnight, where the BLIZZARD Warnings will last through the 6AM Saturday for Converse & Niobrara Counties.
SO, How Much Snow did we see in Central WY? More than we could handle due to the Tree Damage many of us unfortunately dealt with.
Since the SNOW Continues to dump in the Northeast and Southeast WY, the official reports from Rapid City and Cheyenne haven't been released.
Here is the total for ALL of Central/Western WY from the Riverton Office: SNOW REPORTS as of 10PM Friday
Saturday!...SUNSHINE and Thawing out 'slowly'. It'll be a cool start but we'll see Mr. Sun shines its Rays and lasting through Sunday. We will 'try' to warm up but it will be hard for some on Saturday; but it will be warmer on Sunday.
